What have you done with the time given to you on Earth?

I do not know if when you die, someone out there will ask you this question, but if I were to ask you this question to you right now, what would be your answer?

What have you done with the time given to you on Earth?

Most of our life is gone in seeking the pleasures of this world, we are striving to get, take and possess as much as we can to satisfy either our fear, or to satisfy our greed to be well thought of, as if what you possess and what you have acquired is what makes others think well of you. If that's what makes people think well of you, you need to walk away from those people, because if you lose all the things you have acquired in an instant, all these so called people who were by your side when you had it all, will disappear in an instant.

What does it matter what people think of you? Honestly, what's the use? Most of our lives are gone into work and other activities and to stay in a space where the opinions of people are your top priority, means, you are idle, and you are wasting your time thinking of useless things when you could possibly be doing something with your life and contributing positively to society?

But you're not, you're focused on what that person said, or what this person said, or the rampant bullshit thoughts streaming from your own mind, because you are not engaged and you have nothing better to do with your life, and then you go around blaming the whole world for your problems.

You have lost yourself, and to get yourself back, find work or an activity or anything that provides a lasting impact to your family, or your community around you, otherwise what's the whole point of this existence?

⚖️

Day after day after day, we run behind luxuries and the pleasures of this world, but what's the use, you feel high for a while and then it eventually fades away, and then you're out chasing the next thing. This is the way of the world, filled with attachments and desires, and even after you've had enough, you cannot even control your inner desires from spilling out, you are lost and trapped to your own lusts.

If you do not seek an escape from this, the cycle shall continue.
